Age limit

Please, mind that Salerno Experience is a youth hostel, therefore the recommended age is between 18-35.

 

Confirmation of the reservation

To confirm the reservation we request a prepayment (1night stay - 50% of price, more nights -30% of total price)

 

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation by e-mail (salernoexperience@gmail.com) or WhatsApp message (+393662147858): 

• In case of a cancellation of more than 7 days before date of arrival the prepayment is fully refundable upon request;

• In case of a cancellation between 3-6 days before arrival we offer the possibility of changing the dates (the prepayment cannot be refunded but might be used as a discount for a future reservation);

• In case of a cancellation of less than 3 days before arrival the prepayment is  not refundable and no date change is possible.

Safety

Lockers are available upon request. The hostel does not  take any responsibility for your personal belongings.

House rules

Each of amenities and services (e.g. kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, terrace, common areas, luggage lift, etc.) have their special rules and manual of use. Please ask the staff for more information at arrival. In case of damaging or destroying equipment, tools, areas, other things by lack of attention or hurting yourself by wrong use of these things, the hostel doesn't take responsibility and the guest will be asked for a refund. Please ask staff for further information and help to avoid these situations.

Smoking

We offer you a designated area for smoking, the terrace with ash-trays available. The rest of the hostel is strictly non -smoking area (under fine of 30€).

Rooms

It is forbidden to store food and drinks , eat and drink in rooms. We offer you a designated area for eating and drinking, namely our kitchen and terrace. It is forbidden to use beds and pillows others than provided by the staff (under fine of 30€).

Alcohol consumption

It is forbidden to bring alcohol from outside to the hostel. On site there is possibility of purchasing bevarages (please, ask the staff for more information). The staff has right to refuse accepting guests who are drunk or act in aggressively, in a disrespectful way or could be dangerous and problematic for other guests.
